CAMDEN BAUCKE, MS, LLP
(He/Him)
Do you call yourself a people-pleaser or a perfectionist? Do you feel like you're never enough? Have you been feeling depressed, or do you endure your day with extreme stress, loneliness, and constantly fighting off negative thoughts? You might be dealing with social anxiety, trauma, or depression. You might want relief, yet you may feel tempted to “tough it out." I understand that thought, but your life can get better now, and I'd like to help. You deserve to feel relief, and you deserve a therapist who can help you get there. Whatever you may bring to therapy, if it's important to you, it's important to me.
I will help you understand your life at your own pace. I specialize in trauma, social anxiety, and depression, and use modern evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). It takes time to build trust, but I can offer you a non-judgmental, warm, and supportive environment in which to grow, explore, and heal.
Starting therapy is not easy, but I appreciate your courage. The first sessions begin with building trust, validation, and learning more about you. From there, we will work together to help you achieve a deeper understanding, confidence, and happiness. If you'd like to begin this journey, please don't hesitate to reach out today! The first step is hard, but it could be the leap you need.
I am currently supervised by Dr. Hunt-Carter.
