If you are covered by another insurance plan, it is possible for us to provide you with a superbill so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Payment from your provider is not guaranteed for out-of-network billing (i.e., insurance plans other than Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Blue Care Network). We do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Forms of payment

Co-pays and fees not covered by insurance are due at the time of service.  We accept all major credit/debit cards, checks and cash. 

Fees for services without insurance are as follows:

  • Dr. Hunt-Carter (intake, $220; 55-minute session, $190)

  • Camden Baucke, Amanda Taylor, Zoe Lapham (intake, $185; 55-minute session, $185)

Cancellations

If you know that you will not be able to attend your appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible. If you do not cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $50 for the first occurrence. You will be charged the full session fee for any additional no-shows or late cancellations (up to $190 depending on your therapist).
