Our Team

ZOE LAPHAM, MS (She/Her, They/Them)

I believe therapy can and should be for everyone. For that reason, my treatment approach emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based practices, and compassion. That means we work together to identify your treatment goals and preferences while affirming your identity and experiences. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and interpersonal approaches to care.

My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and interpersonal relationships. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who are LGBTQ+, neurodivergent (or questioning if neurodivergent), and individuals with chronic medical conditions. I value working with individuals of all backgrounds and identities.

I am supervised by Dr. Hunt-Carter. I completed my master’s degree in clinical behavioral psychology at Eastern Michigan University. I also work as a researcher at Michigan Medicine on projects working toward the improvement of care for intersex individuals.
